Registration Fees
The registration fee is $100 per student with a maximum of $160 per family. The activity fee is $110 per student, and this covers all school supplies as well as in house field trips. All students must have a nap mat for rest time for $35 per student. Registration, Activity and Nap Mat Fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable!

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $200 per family is due August 1.  Our school year runs from September to June and enrollment is an agreement to attend all 10 months. If two weeks’ notice is provided before withdrawing from our program, the $200 deposit will be applied towards the remaining tuition balance, or a refund will be issued if account is paid in full. If the student stays in the program until graduation, the $200 deposit will be applied as a credit toward the final tuition payment.  Without two weeks’ notice, the security deposit will not be returned.

The following forms also need to be completed and returned before your child may attend school.

• Enrollment, Emergency Contacts, Parental Consent Form
• VA School Entrance Health Form (to be filled out by child’s pediatrician) with Immunization Record attached.
• Developmental History Form
• Tuition Contract
• Parent Handbook

The original birth certificate must be brought to the office for verification as required by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
